APPLE, PEAR AND AROMA
State-of-the-art processing plant for Concentrated Apple, Pear, and Plum Juices (Swiss Bucher Unipektin Technology) with a capacity to process 35,000 tons of final product at 70° Brix per season.
The final product has medium acidity (1.50 - 2.00% malic acid). Its main end markets are the USA, Asia, and the European Union.
