Used in the production of Sauces and Ketchup.

Tomato Concentrate:
Super Hot Break 30-32 Brix.

High-consistency Tomato Concentrate (3.0 to 4.0 cm) for achieving a product with better consistency.

Crushed Tomato:
Hot Break 24-26 Brix.

Medium-crushed Tomato Paste (skin, seeds, and pulp), ideal for pizza sauces and more natural sauces.
